DPD Requirements

BS in Nutritional Sciences Option I (dietetics) is The University of Texas at Austin’s Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD).  Students who complete this degree will receive a verification statement that qualifies them to apply for a postbaccalaureate or graduate supervised practice programs.  Students who already have a degree in another subject can earn a verification statement by completing all required DPD courses with at least four upper division courses taken in residence at The University of Texas at Austin.
