Diane Papillion MPH, RD has been with the University of Texas since 2012. She is the director of the Didadic Program in Dietetics (DPD) and currently teaches courses in Foodservice Systems Management (NTR 334/234L), Standards/Ethics/Creditionaling in Dietetics (NTR 162) and supervises both the community nutrition and food service management practicums for the Integrated Coordinated Program in Dietetics.
