Baked Salmon

- 3 Small salmon fillets

- Salt

- Ground black pepper

- 1 lemon, thinly sliced

- 4 tbsp. butter, melted

- 2 tsp. Minced garlic

- 1 tsp. rosemary leaves
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a dark baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking
spray. Lay lemon slices in an even layer on foil.

Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper and place on top of lemon slices.

In a small bowl, whisk together butter, garlic, and rosemary. Pour mixture over salmon
then fold up foil to surround salmon.

Bake for 20 minutes.
