Grilled Cheese
Yields: 1 serving
Preparation Time: 7-10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes


  • 3 tablespoons, softened salted butter
  • 2 slices, bread of choice 
  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese

1. Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
2. Heat a small pan on your stove on medium heat, it is ready to use when butter bubbles on contact with the pan.
3. Prepare bread slices by buttering one side of each.
4. Place both slices of bread butter-side down on the pre-heated pan and put cheese on one of the bread slices.
5. Cover the pan with a lid to facilitate the cheese melting for roughly 45 seconds or until the cheese is mostly melted. Once the cheese is mostly melted, flip the other bread slice on top of the cheese.
6. Flip the grilled cheese periodically to cook both sides evenly, continue cooking until golden-brown on both sides.

Best consumed immediately after cooking. Storage recommendation: refrigerated up to 3 days in air-tight container.
