Quick Beef Stir-Fry

Serves 4

Prep​​: 15 minutes

  • 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cup of broccoli
  • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 pound of beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch squares
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds (optional)


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet pan over medium to high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli and carrots first as they take longer to cook. Then mix in thebell-peppers and onions.
  4. In another pan, saute in the beef strips and cook it until it is brown.
  5. Season the beef with pepper and soy sauce and continue to cook until desired degree ofdoneness.
  6. Combine the beef and vegetables into one pan so it will continue to cook together.
  7. When the stir-fry reaches your desired texture, remove the stir-fry from the pan and plate.
  8. Garnish it with sesame seeds, if desired.
  9. Store in the refrigerator in a sealable container and enjoy within 3-4 days
