Quick Beef Stir-Fry
Serves 4

Ready: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cup of broccoli
- 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into matchsticks
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 pound of beef sirloin, cut into 2-inch squares
- Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet pan over medium to high heat.
- Add the garlic and saute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and carrots first as they take longer to cook. Then mix in thebell-peppers and onions.
- In another pan, saute in the beef strips and cook it until it is brown.
- Season the beef with pepper and soy sauce and continue to cook until desired degree ofdoneness.
- Combine the beef and vegetables into one pan so it will continue to cook together.
- When the stir-fry reaches your desired texture, remove the stir-fry from the pan and plate.
- Garnish it with sesame seeds, if desired.
- Store in the refrigerator in a sealable container and enjoy within 3-4 days
