Baked Sweet Potato Fries

· 2 pounds of sweet potatoes

· 2 tablespoons olive oil

· 1 teaspoon garlic powder

· 1 teaspoon paprika

· 1 teaspoon salt

· 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

2. Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks about 3 inches long and 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 inch wide.

3. Toss the sweet potato sticks with the olive oil.

4. Mix the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

5. Toss the spices with the sweet potatoes.

6. Spread out the seasoned sweet potato sticks on a large baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding
the sticks.

7. Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes, or until brown and crisp. Then flip the sticks and cook for 10 minutes, or until the other side is crisp.

8. Serve hot on a plate.

9. Refrigerate leftovers in a plastic bag or in an airtight container within two hours of cooking.
Discard leftovers after 3-5 days.
