 Strawberry & Nutella Crepes

4 Servings
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients
• 1 cup of all-purpose flour
• 2 Eggs
• ½ Cup of milk
• ½ cup water
• ¼ teaspoon of salt
• 2 Tablespoons of butter, melted
Toppings: Optional
• 10 Strawberries, thinly sliced. optional
• Nutella, optional
• Powdered Sugar, optional

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour and eggs.
2. Gradually add the water and milk to the mixture and whisk until the texture looks smooth with no lumps. If you find lumps in the mixture you can strain it to minimize the lumps.
3. Next, set the stove top on medium-high heat settings and lightly oil a large frying pan. The pan is ready when a drop of water sizzles on it.
4. Once the large frying pan is heated, pour ¼ cup of batter and in a circular motion spread the batter to coat a large surface area for cooking.
5. Cook for two minutes until edges start to dry out. Loosen the crepe around the edges and flip with a spatula. Each crepe should take about 2 minutes apiece, or until each side is lightly browned.
6. Leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge and they will last for a few days.

Toppings
1. When spreading the nutella, make sure to do half of the crepe.
2. You can cut strawberries in quarters or thirds and add them on the nutella.
3. Then fold the crepes into quarter turns, almost like an omelette.
