Mug Oats
Serves 1
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 1½ minutes
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of oats
- ½ medium ripe banana
- ½ tablespoon ground flaxseed
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon fat-free milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
Directions:
- In a mug or coffee cup, mash a banana with a fork.
- Add oats, flaxseed, cinnamon and milk, and mix thoroughly.
- Sprinkle some chopped almonds on top of the banana mixture.
- Microwave on high for 1½ minutes.
- Enjoy!
