Ingredients

  • ·​  ​2 pounds of sweet potatoes

  • ·​  ​2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ·​  ​1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ·​  ​1 teaspoon paprika

  • ·​  ​1 teaspoon salt

  • ·​  ​1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper

    Directions

    1. 1.​  ​Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

    2. 2.​  ​Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks about 3 inches long and 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 inch wide.

    3. 3.​  ​Toss the sweet potato sticks with the olive oil.

    4. 4.​  ​Mix the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

    5. 5.​  ​Toss the spices with the sweet potatoes.

    6. 6.​  ​Spread out the seasoned sweet potato sticks on a large baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding

    the sticks.

7.​ ​Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes, or until brown and crisp. Then flip the sticks and cook for 10 minutes, or until the other side is crisp.

  1. 8.​  ​Serve hot on a plate.

  2. 9.​  ​Refrigerate leftovers in a plastic bag or in an airtight container within two hours of cooking.

Discard leftovers after 3-5 days.
