Nutrition Study Abroad Program in Italy is being planned for the summer of 2021. This is assuming that vaccines will be taking place in Spring 2021. It is a program focused on the nutrition, food, public health, and culture of the Mediterranean diet. The final deadline is Feburary 15, but this program fills in advance each year.

The prerequisite for this program is NTR 306 or NTR 312. NTR 306 is used as a science elective in liberal arts and other colleges, and a core course in the College of Natural Sciences. All majors are eligible and welcome.  A 3.0 GPA is desired and admission is competitive.
