Study Abroad students in 2021 will spend six weeks in Sicily absorbing the local food, culture, and health of Sicily and Italy. We will explore food through visits to markets and food production facilities, culture through engagement in area communities, villages, universities, and sites, and health through discussion with health experts and visiting local hospitals and clinics.
