Application deadline is December 1st.  This program is based in Sicily, and it offers a unique opportunity to learn about nutrition, food, health and culture in Italy through a variety of field experiences and guest lectures. Tentative topics for activities and trips include dietary guidelines, lifestyle and culture of the Mediterranean from pregnancy to aging. The program includes excursions to clinics, community centers and historic sites and cities in Sicily. Student housing is arranged through the program housing coordinator.
