Susie's Kitchen Summer 2018
All sessions take place in the Susie Jastrow Teaching Kitchen, located on the University of Texas campus in Mary Gearing Hall.
Each class starts with an engaging classroom discussion followed by hands-on culinary preparation in our teaching kitchen. We will end the class with lunch, prepared by participants, and a final discussion of the concepts learned.

Each Saturday session meets from 9 a.m.-1p.m.
