Faculty-Led Opportunities

The Department of Nutritional Sciences sponsors a faculty-led opportunity for students at The University of Texas at Austin to study abroad while earning course credit.

The study abroad program in the Department of Nutritional Sciences provides students with a unique opportunity to learn about nutrition, food, health and culture through a variety of field experiences and guest lectures.  The program includes excursions to clinics, community centers and historic sites and cities in the host country. Students enrolled in the program will receive course credit for NTR 353.
