"The Microbiome: Eat Your Way to a Healthy Gut" is continuing education for dietitians created by students of Nutritional Sciences under the direction of Monica Milonovich. The program includes a lecture on emerging research related to the microbiome and its role in nutrition as well as a hands-on cooking demonstration of foods that promote a healthy microbiome. Research shows that a healthy and diverse microbiome is very important to a person's health. |
