Max La is a 2016 UT graduate from the Division of Textiles and Apparel. During his college years, Max interned for Marc Jacobs in New York City. After graduation, Max obtained a position as an Associate Planner at Jack Black. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
"As an Associate Planner for Jack Black, I oversee the financial analysis of our three largest international regions in Canada, China, and the UK. I get the pleasure of working alongside members of the marketing, digital, and sales teams to grow and develop our global accounts, which some of the more popular retailers include Nordstrom, Sephora, and Amazon. I regularly conduct forecast meetings with our international buyers to review item performance and inventory productivity on a SKU-level to optimize assortments and meet sales plans. Although it's mostly spreadsheets, I absolutely love being a part of this incredible beauty brand. It's a thriving industry to be in and the free products and awesome parties are always a nice perk!"
