We are honored to present an evening with Dr. Walter Willett, Fredrick John Stare Professor of Epidemiology and Nutrition, Department of Nutrition, Harvard School of Public Health. Willett, Jean Andrews Centennial Visiting Professor, will present “An Overview of Current Evidence on Diet and Health” at 6pm, October 18, 2012 at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center (1900 University Boulevard).
Willett’s work with the ground-breaking Nurses’ Health Study and other large-scale epidemiological studies have defined and clarified what we know about the long-term health consequences of food choices. In addition to publishing more than 1,200 articles, Willett has written books for the general public: Eat, Drink and Be Healthy: The Harvard Medical School Guide to Healthy Eating, Eat, Drink, and Weigh Less, and The Fertility Diet.
Willett’s talk is free and open to the public. A reception will follow the talk.
